Talk to Jim

Schedule your free 45-min session.

Choose a time that works for you. Come raw, foggy, angry, numb, crying, talking too fast, or not knowing what to say. I’ll meet you there. Forty-five minutes. No obligation. No pitch.

From the Grief Rebel community

Before coaching with Jim, I was absolutely devastated after my son died. Now, through his coaching and counseling framework, I have released deep, deep pain. He literally saved my life.

What to expect

How the 1:1 call works for you.

1

Bring whatever is challenging you at the moment.

This is a safe space for you to be totally YOU in your grief, messiness and overwhelm. No masks. No pretending. No need to overthink this either...bring a challenge, a question, an anger, a confusion...whatever is there for you at the moment. We'll dig into what really matters to you.

2

You will be unconditionally heard.

I create a safe, confidential, sacred space in which you can bring your REAL, grieving self. Ask a deep question that otherwise you'd be afraid to ask. Talk about a 'secret' grief challenge. Cry. Be silent. Get angry. There's no script. No agenda. No fixing. Sessions are by whatever is right for you: Zoom, FaceTime or phone.

3

You will receive healing.

I promise you will receive not only powerful, safe listening but practical tools you can use: uncover a reason for overwhelm to create more calm, reframe an idea that brings you some breathing space, review a belief that generates more clarity, and/or create the next step that works for you.

4

You will feel your next step.

Whatever the next step is for you (resting, reading, rebelling, 1:1 sessions) you'll become clearer in this initial call. If one-on-one coaching is your choice, you can discuss this path and get all your questions answered. If just the session works for you and you choose nothing further, that is perfect, too! There is no pitch either way.

No obligation. Just space.

If you're here reading this, something is calling to you. Follow it. Is it wanting more calm? Is it uncovering what really works for you even in your grief? Allow yourself to ask for help.

Nothing to prepare. Just bring yourself.
